Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a nice variety of amenities and has a great view of the Bay of Naples, but the location might not be ideal during peak seasons. The rooms are equipped with plenty of storage space, a mini bar, and a lovely bathroom. The service was exceptional, especially the attentive restaurant manager. The dining experience provided a continental selection but could improve on variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but not luxurious.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms offered plenty of storage space for clothes, a mini bar, and a lovely bathroom with picturesque views of the sea, Vesuvio, and the Bay of Naples or the lush gardens. I opted for a sea-view room with a balcony, just a few steps away from the pool, where I enjoyed the comfort of air conditioning and Sky TV. The only minor inconvenience was the presence of two TVs when I only needed one throughout my stay.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms had plenty of storage space for clothes, a little mini-bar, and a very nice bathroom. I loved that there were two TVs, even though I only used one during my whole stay. Being just 10 steps from the pool, with air-conditioning and Sky TV, was so convenient. The hotel also boasts its own natural 37-degree thermal pool and a beautiful swimming pool. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home, despite the language barriers. The location directly overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius was breathtaking, although a bit busy during high season. The dining experience offered a continental spread with a variety of cold meats, cereal, fruit, pastries, and cakes, which was simply fantastic.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a lovely location overlooking the bay of Naples. However, the lack of Air Con in hot weather can be challenging, and the area might be too busy during peak seasons.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful and relaxing with well-maintained spa pools, but it could get busy during high season. The rooms were nice, but the sound insulation was poor, making it hard to sleep on busy nights. The service was a mix of unhelpful at times and fantastic at others. The dining options were continental but lacked diversity. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
